I thought i was arriving at a high-end hotel, but the breakfast options were underwhelming, and the staff woudl ve been more attentive to my requests. Honestly, all i wanted was a complimentary welcome gift for the trouble. I almost considered giving a good review, but i just couldn't, with all this mediocrity.
